Carol has experience delivering training programs to hundreds of major corporations and government entities.  Her expertise with various levels of employee development makes her an expert identifying and delivering viable training solutions.  Some of Carol’s specialties include customer service, management, team building, change process/management, communications and total quality management.

 

Carol holds a Bachelors of Science Degree in Education from Youngstown State University and a Masters Degree in Change Process from The Ohio State University.  She has served as a senior associate with a management consulting firm and has also managed educational change at the Ohio Department of Education.  In 1998, The National Speaker’s Association awarded Carol the prestigious CSP, Certified Speaking Professional designation.  Only 8% of the 4,000 members in the association have attained this coveted designation.  Carol is also a member of the World Future Society, she has served as Vice-President of the Ohio Speakers Forum and has taught management at the Columbus Speakers Forum.

 

Carol is considered a master at helping managers and employees build commitment and skils for high performance in changing times.  She prides herself in getting the audience involved, using humor and playful interaction.  Her excitement and enthusiasum will inspire, motivate, and leave a lasting impression on the audience.
