Dr. Robert Rosen is an internationally recognized
psychologist, best-selling author, researcher and business advisor
to world-class companies. Each year he speaks to thousands
of executives worldwide and appears regularly in the international
media.
He is the Founder and CEO of a Washington,
DC-based research, education and consulting firm whose mission is
to honor and strengthen the qualities of wise leadership in
individuals, organizations and communities around the world.
His company delivers leadereship programs via the internet to
companies, governments, colleges and associations around the
world.
In 1991, he was awarded a six year multi-million
dollar grant from the John D. & Catherine T. MacArthur
Foundation to study leadership and healthy organizations. He
has worked with organizations in 30 countries, including AT&T,
Motorola, Federated Department Stores, Johnson & Johnson,
Petro-Canada, Allstate, Addeco, Citibank, herman Miller, Discover
Communications and others.
Experienced in understanding both people and

and lessons of 75 global leaders and their world class companies

significant publicity in television, radio and print media
worldwide.
Dr. Rosen's other books include The Healthy Company: Eight Strategies to Develop

Dr. Rosen received his BA in Behavioral Sciences
for the University of Virginia, and his MA and Ph.D. in Clinical
Psychology fro the University of Pittsburgh. Since 1984, he
has held the position of Assistant Clinical Professor of
Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences at the George Washington
University School of Medicine.
